This urban high-rise apartment highlights mastery over the micro-scale: interior curation, bespoke millwork, and lighting design. Moving away from the raw, external landscape, this project turns entirely inward, treating an urban apartment as a pristine, gallery-like canvas for custom details and iconic design history.

The visual centerpiece of the main living space is a massive, custom-configured fixture by New York design studio Apparatus. Its sculptural, hand-patinated brass arms and frosted globes act as a suspended art piece, anchoring the soaring volume of the apartment and washing the minimalist textures below in a warm, ambient glow.

Custom Everything: The apartment rejects off-the-shelf solutions. Every element—from the seamless, integrated floor-to-ceiling wooden wall paneling to the precisely routed stone thresholds—was custom-conceived by us. The architecture functions as a highly tailored, bespoke envelope.
