Perched on the 30th floor overlooking the entire Aburrá Valley, this sprawling 900-square-meter (approx. 9,700 sq. ft.) penthouse represents the zenith of high-altitude residential luxury. We treated the massive footprint as a private sky mansion, pairing floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass with hyper-tailored Italian craftsmanship, bespoke architectural lighting, and an expansive private rooftop terrace.

Every interior element— was custom-engineered and fabricated mostly in Italy. The result is an ultra-refined, architectural envelope that feels completely bespoke down to the millimeter.

T*he residence features a private outdoor terrace clad in warm slatted wood extending the living space directly into the clouds. A linear lap pool lined with ambient deck lights sits along the perimeter, offering an uninhibited, 30th-floor panoramic view of Medellín’s glowing skyline at dusk.

Lighting serves as the primary driver of mood and spatial division. Highlights include a dramatic cluster of custom designed and made, suspended metallic cylinder pendants over the kitchen island, a Davide Groppi Moon chandelier over the breakfast area, along with a slim Apparatus Trapeze lamp in the living room anchoring it within the space yet not blocking the breathtaking view.
